Tim Kerr 7-miler

You simply couldn't ask for a better event to wrap up the summer.
Taking time in their Labor Day wknd, hundreds gathered on Sunday Sept 6 for the annual Tim Kerr 7-miler in Avalon.
The weather was our friend, and the buzz was positive and friendly as always.

This flat, all pavement unshaded course is just the right distance to challenge you as, it is longer that the typical 10K so there's time to tap into the mental challenge of a run.

Groups especially represented were 'Back on my Feet', and The KarmaStriders 'I run to stop MS'. Great showing all.
I highly recommend this run to all. Mark your calender for next year.
