Pdr Philadelphia Distance Run 09' Karma MS-striders



What a glorious day for a half marathon. The PDR has been my favorite race for the past few years, and today was no different. Perfect weather, chilly at the start, warm towards the finish, sunny throughout.



Our KarmaStriders had 11 runners that I know of, and many 'friends of striders' made it out as well.

Tim Kerr 7-miler

You simply couldn't ask for a better event to wrap up the summer.

Taking time in their Labor Day wknd, hundreds gathered on Sunday Sept 6 for the annual Tim Kerr 7-miler in Avalon.

The weather was our friend, and the buzz was positive and friendly as always.



This flat, all pavement unshaded course is just the right distance to challenge you as, it is longer that the typical 10K so there's time to tap into the mental challenge of a run.
