Just a suggestion to give a few moments of thought to all of those touched by the cowardly bombing yesterday at the Boston marathon.

It's sad times like his that remind us here at mytri,I run to stop MS and Karma to be a little extra grateful for, and determined to utilize the freedom that we have to pursue  our positive passions.

Best thoughts and support go out to not only those who experienced the horror at the Boston marathon, but also our entire endurance…

What a perfect day for a half-marathon.

It is always a refreshing break to see so many familiar faces at a race. (too many to name.)

Thanks to all runners, friends and family who came by the MS KarmaStriders tent.

As the reports roll in, it really does sound like many if us had banner races.

Well Mother nature could not have dialed up a better day for the thousands of runners and spectators today at the Phila marathon. All that I can say is that today provided a thorough cross section  Including; Tent confusion as the good people at the marathon FORGOT to provide us w/ our tent.  Special thanks to the dairy foundation for stepping up and helping the NMSS and the MS team for staying the course.…
