Mother nature was smiling as 4000 runners took over the Ben Franklin Bridge yesterday.

The Run the Bridge 10K was, once again, a worthy event. A little brisk at first but ultimately a beautiful day for that final tune up before the Philly marathon. Highlighted by a spectacular view while crossing the Ben both ways.

Just an update that the 2010 KarmaStriders 'I run to Stop MS' season is up

and running. We are happy to report that we are already 30 teammates

strong and are taking on a much broader collection of races both

chronologically and geographically.



We have:

-3 Striders representing at the lauded Boston Marathon.

Registration for the 2010 KarmaStriders I run to stop MS is officially up and running.
