All part of the process. IMLP 11'.

(I promise to keep the cliche's to a minimum, we've all heard and lived them all.)

This ongoing Blog will be a thorough account of one man's entire 30 week experience from training start to finish line at IMLP 2011; all to stop MS

Know that the reason for this project is purely to share, and possibly have, some positive impact on anyone who chooses to follow. The past 7 years of endurance sports has initiated an irreversible positive influence on my life, outlook, and desire to share and make our world a better place. If even a few ppl…

Rob Nelson Turns it up a notch. BRAVO Cause.

Hello to everyone.

This is Carol Nelson, Robert Nelson’s mom.

For the past nine months Robert has been training for the Florida Ironman to be held at Panama City Beach, Florida. This will be Robert’s first Ironman. An Ironman is a big undertaking. The participants push their bodies to the absolute limits. Why they do this, I am not sure.

Swim: 2.4 miles

Bike: 112 miles

Run: 26.2 miles

Robert will be doing this Ironman dedicated to his Dad,… Continue

Off season Training article #2 of 3

Time to lay out the plans…

Your thinking “its the holidays! What could I possibly do for training??? Turkey Carving is some of the best deltoid training there is!
