Baggo Tourney To Stop MS Wrap up.

 There's something warm + fuzzy about an Autumn, backyard party w/ good ppl, crisp autumn air, a keg of Birch beer, or something like that,.

For sure was having flashbacks of PSU + tailgaiting.

BSR How was yours ?

Mother nature dialed up a postcard for all 2011 BSR-ers.

After getting shut out of reg, I had accepted that america's fastest ten-miler would not be added to my race resume.

As luck would have it a bib fell into my lap and all of the sudden, it was time to work the BSR into my training sched as a HR zone run for the seasons 'A' race.

Picture perfect weather and no problem parking @ FDR park. Shuttle to the subway and right on up to Girls high without a hitch.  A few deep…

KarmaStriders 2010 I run to stop MS. And they're off !

Ensure GOOD KARMA for 2010 :)



Hope that your 2010 is off on the right foot.



Just an update that the 2010 KarmaStriders 'I run to Stop MS' season is up

and running. We are happy to report that we are already 30 teammates

strong and are taking on a much broader collection of races both

chronologically and geographically.

KarmaStriders Philadelphia marathon 09'. Well done.

Apparently mother nature felt just awful for her icy, frigid behavior at the 08' Philly marathon, as she dealt out a picture perfect day for 09'.



Up before the crack of dawn and off to set up our tent, I was eager to see the team before the 7am starting gum. We had all trained hard and long for this day.
