Tri_Youth_Alon Super Sprint Tri-Du

Great job to all involved w/ the Try_youth_alon inaugural Pennypack Park Super sprint. Mother nature held off just long enough to get it in, but still Brrrrrr.

All racers who braved the chilly elements earned yourself some good 'racing' karma.  Well done.

Good Health and Triathlon Training or How to Comeback from a Heart Attack

I was 58 years old and have done Sprint Tri's from 2000. I have been doing cross/ triathlon training workouts for years. On April 6th 2009 I woke up did errands and light yard work and as the day progressed, I felt sluggish and out of sync just not right,  but still nothing to make me think something was going to happen.
