Good day for a long run eh?
Yesterday, I headed up with the KarmaStriders to Rutgers University for their CGI UNITE Half Marathon. I was assigned to pace the 11minute group with Thui.

Well the endurance event gods smiled on the good folks of CGI Sunday, as runners and voluntters were all treated to near perfect 13.1 conditions. It was as good as ever to see the many many farmiliar faces and even get to meet some new ones. Especially fellow KarmaStrider Andrew Scott from waaay up in North Jersey.

Yesterday (Sunday, April 18th) the Karma Striders teamed up and provided pacers for the CGI Unite ½ Marathon. Doug and I both did our first duathlon on Saturday at Lake Nockamixon State Park: run 5k, bike 30k, run 5k.
