Good Karma Double Thumbs up. Main Line Cycles.

Today I found myself driving a van loaded w/ Karma Food and MyTriTraining goodies, to the Team Triumph 2010 kickoff expo. Very excited to see many friends and exhibit the site as well as to sample out a fresh batch of Karma Food. Today was Orzo, Abf Chicken, and Hearty vegetable medley.

Chi Running Review.

5 years ago after catching the running bug that so many new runners hear about, I hit a bit of a crossroads with my new found hobby. Whereas I had hit a few running / endurance goals, I had quite a few more in mind but seemed to be at an all around plateau. Physical, mental, spiritual,,,,,

Why is starting swimming after a lay off so damned hard?

I finished IMLP 2008. Did a number of events including a half in September, but haven't been swimming since. Today I finally returned to the pool and suffered through a measly 800 yards. Why the heck is it so hard to get started swimming after a layoff. Harder than biking. Harder than running.

With IMFL only 11 months away I guess pool time has to get serious rather quickly!

Training article number 3 is up in the forum!!
work is busy. good busy! love working with athletes.

In my personal training the running is starting to come along. meaning I can actually do it!
the swim is coming as well. starting to feel like a... Triathlete again!

Happy New Year

The New Year has started off in the best way possible. A easy fun 5k run with Team Triumph members at the Moorestown Running Company's New Years Day Run.
