Yes,  I'm finding the swims a bit longer than I am comfortable w/ and NEED.

It has taken a bit of time to understand your terminology as well. I should've actually been communicating questions to you.   My bad.

Kevin, Thanks for response.
Here are some questions that I have for you:
1. much running were you doing before your meniscus surgery? - Was up to long runs of approx 10-12
2. how much time off did you take due to your injury / surgery? - Will be off for a month on Thurs
3. did you get any medical guidance about returning to running? - Dr. thought i could return to running in a month and thought surgery at the time I did it, gave me the best change to do the marathon. However, I didnt get any detailed training plans. I'm not looking to break any records as Im aware this is a stretch.

Paul,

Do you know if anyone is a running coach on the team or perhaps you have some insight. Looking for advice on a training program post operation. I would still like to try to run the philly but need some advice on how to train for it coming off my meniscus surgery with just 2 months to go. Any thoughts would be helpful.

Very cool weight control stuff. That's a major opart of the 'Good to Go, Karma Food'. inspiration.. It's the way I eat and we are taking it to the public. We'll talk more about this.
