Hi  I am lisa and I signed up for the Pocono IM 70.3 in hopes that I might finish.  

It is my absolute first Tinman and my first triathlon since 1990.  WOW.  

Just saying that spooks me out so I will move on.  I am volunteering at Lake Placid so I am excited.
