just started on my treadmill at home. walking for 3mins and running for 2mins. sooo new at this and can only go 45 mins tops. is this enough is i am following WW also?

Baby steps you goddess you. If you are pushing you limits even a little bit, it's enough. Listen to your body, it will never steer you wrong. It will also appreciate the attention and reward you w/ some nice endorphines. aaaah
